Tip of the Week: How to Use the Practice Exercises

One of the integral features of the Test Innovators preparation platform is the system of Practice Exercises, which is located on the “Practice Exercises” tab of the dashboard. The Practice Exercises are an important supplement to the full-length Practice Tests. Here are a few tips for maximizing the Practice Exercises:

  1. You can access targeted practice exercises in the section analysis of each completed section. Just click on “review answers”; each question will have a “follow-up exercise” listed at the bottom, which will link to targeted practice for that type of question.
  2. The practice exercises can be filtered by Subject, as well as Subject Subtype, using the drop-down boxes to the left of the practice exercises. If you know the subject or type of question you struggle with, use these drop-down boxes to filter the practice exercises.
  3. You can also sort the practice exercises by difficulty: easy, medium, an hard. For preparation, it is often advisable to start with the easy practice exercises, then move to medium, then move to hard.
  4. The practice exercises can be taken as many times as you want, using the “restart” button. This can be useful, as you learn a new concept or skill!

If you haven’t purchased the practice exercises, they are available as a part of the Valedictorian Package, and can also be included as an add-on with any of the other packages.
