Once you've taken the ISEE, it can be pretty nerve wracking not knowing how long it’ll take to get your scores back. You’ve put a lot of time and effort into preparing for the test and you got your scores back really fast with your ISEE practice tests. But now, with the official test, you go all the way to the testing center, take the test, and then just leave. No feedback, no scores, nothing. What gives?
As it turns out, you’ll definitely get your report back within 14 days. After you complete the test on paper, it’s sent to the ISEE Operations Office and will be scored that same week. The fastest way to get your scores back is to make sure you’re registered for an online account. Some families have reported getting their scores back in the parent portal as quickly as the Monday after taking the test. If you registered online, then you should already have an online account where your scores will be posted. As soon as your results are available, you’ll get an email notification letting you know. If you want a hard copy of your report mailed to you as well, you’ll have to pay a $25 fee.
If you didn’t register online, or otherwise don’t have an online account, your report will take a little bit longer to get to you simply because a hard copy will need to be mailed. You will still receive your report in the mail within 10-14 days.
You can learn more about what to expect on the ERB's website.
The good news is you don’t have too long to wait, so just hang tight and your scores will be here soon.
